Answer: Hi,
The only way to make an AirVoice SIM card active for one year is to refill $100.
We can check if this number is still active or not, but we will need to know your SIM card # to make sure that they are a match (sometime wireless carriers recycle the phone # to a new customer's new SIM card)
Please send an e-mail to support@aerobile.com and ask us to check if the SIM is still active.
Thanks.....More

Answer: first, please use manual way to search for any signal in your area. if you don't see any signal, then your handset does not support GSM1900 or GSM580

att and tmobile both have signal in your area, although, not very strong.

you can also try to visit your downtown area to see if there is signal.

Answer: please visit http://www.wireless.att.com/coverageviewer/#?type=payg

to check signal first. If it has signal, most likely, you can use our sim card. ATT uses gsm 1900 and 850 to send the signal. Triband handset only has the GSM1900. It would be best if you have both bands.

Answer: Hi,
If you just want a new SIM card to replace your lost/missing/old SIM. This AirVoice SIM card is the correct product.

Our system automatically suggest customers for things they might want to purchase together (such as refill cards). That's why you see the refill card shows up.

Sorry about the confusion.
