I don't have a USA credit card. Can I "refill my un-activated sim card" first? Because I cannot activate my sim card with $0 balance... Cannot receive the "new pass code" SMS to activate the sim.
I already buy a sim from you just cannot activate it now... Help me pls. Thanks |

hi,
You MUST have a phone # to refill. There is no way to refill a SIM card #, only refill a "phone #" is possible.
You can activate your card with $0 balance, please visit here: https://www.wireless.att.com/GoPhoneWeb/goPhoneLanding.do?method=activatePayGo
All you need is,
1. SIM card #
2. IMEI,
3. USA zip code,
4. Your email address,
5. the plan you want.
you will get your phone # and an account pass code after activation. Although, please do NOT try to register at GoPhone's official website with this phone # UNLESS you're in the USA already. They will send you a text message with pass code after you try to register the phone #. You must be in the USA to receive it.
You can pretty much do everything you want by calling GoPhone customer service 1-800-901-9878 before you arrive USA, with your default pass code that you get right after activation.
