Answer:

Please call 611 from your cell phone.
You will have the option changing your rate plan there.

When doing that, you'll be asked for the account pasd code.
Your account pass code will be e-mail to you soon.

Yes, our web content is a little old.

However, the "option area", it has the updated plan - US$50 for 30 day unlimited calling to the USA.

Please make the purchase, and choose the plan you want in the Option Area.
