How to use

You MUST have a GSM900/1800 cell phone. Please note that North America uses GSM 850/1900 as standard dual-band GSM system. If your phone was bought in North America, please confirm that it also covers GSM 900 or 1800 (also known as tri-band or quad-band phones.). You can check phone specs here.
When arrive Hong Kong, dial ##107# to activate your phone and get your phone number.
To call Hong Kong: Just dial it like HK local people, for example 31754187.
To make international calls (include calls to China):
- (1) To use standard rate (Best quality): dial 001+ country code+ area code + phone #. For example, to cal our USA customer service line: dial 001+1-919-261-7889. When call countries with telephone #s starts with "0", please ignore the first "0". For example, to call a UK mobile phone number 0755XXXXXXX, please call 001-44+755XXXXXXX.
- (2) for discounted international rate: dial 1968+ country code+ area code+ phone number. For example, to cal our USA customer service line: dial 1968+1-919-261-7889. When call countries with telephone #s starts with "0", please ignore the first "0". For example, to call a UK mobile phone number 0755XXXXXXX, please call 1968-44+755XXXXXXX.

You will be charged for a HK$2.5 monthly fee, starting from the day you activate the SIM.
For IDD (international direct dial) (1) 001 is charged on every 6-second period, but its "per-minute"" rate is more expensive. (2) 1968is charged on every 1-minute period, but its "per-minute" rate is lower.
