How to use
- You need an unlocked phone that supports GSM 900/1800 bands. If you come from North America, please check if your handset supports 900/1800 GSM bands. If your handset is from Europe or Asia, Most likely it works seamlessly in the Lebara network . Please check your phone models (click here) if you are not sure about your phone specs. Please note that Verizon/Sprint/Virgin Mobile phones use CDMA system so they do NOT support GSM (SIM cards), unless it is specified as a dual-mode phone.
- Simply insert the SIM card to your phone and turn your phone on. You should see Lebara on the screen in a few seconds and then it is ready to use.
- Make UK local calls: call 0xxxxxxxx like 074235876. 0 is the long distance prefix.
- International calls: 00 + country code + area code + phone number. Example: call US 00-919-453-5168; call Hongkong 00-852-35001326.
- Call to the Lebara account from Hongkong: 0044 7xxx xxx xxxx.
- Call to the Lebara account from the US: 011 44 7xxx xxx xxxx.
