How to use:

• A GSM900/1800 MHz unlocked cell phone handset is required. Note for North American users: (1) North America uses GSM 850/1900 frequency, thus you need a tri-band/ quad-band phone to travel to Europe. (2) US/Canada wireless carriers often lock their phones to their service. You will need to call them to unlock the phones before you can use any other SIM card on that phone.
• After arriving Netherlands, dial 1224 to activate the SIM card. They SIM will be ready to use in minutes.
• To dial a local phone:  same as using a local Netherland phone. For example, dial 03 42 35 87 66 or dial 06 XX XX XX XX.
• Direct international dialing: dial 00-(country code)-(area code)-(phone #). For example, to dial a USA/Canada phone #, dial: 00-1-XXX-XXX-XXXX. For cell phone #s or area codes start with "0", omit the first "0". For example, to UK mobile phone # 0755XXXXXXX,  dial:  00-44-755XXXXXXX.
• Friends or family to call your Netherlands mobile phone # from abroad: (1)From North America: dial 011-31-6XX-XXX-XXX (that is, your 9-digit mobile # started with 6) (2) From all other countries: dial 00-31-6XX-XXX-XXX (Note: 31 is the country code for Netherlands).

Note 1:  The above are net rates. For placing a call in EU countries, € 0.833/minute will be deducted from your balance; for receiving a call in EU countries, € 0.262/minute will be deducted from your balance. In effect, however, you will pay only half of this amount since we always double your call credit.
When placing a call in Zone 1, a charge for the first 30 seconds is always made; thereafter, you are charged per second. Calls received in Zone 1 are charged per second.

Please note:  Lebara Holland top up vouchers are ONLY sold in Netherlands. If you are traveling in other countries, you must top up the account before leaving the Netherlands. (unless you have internet access to purchase top up online at www.aerobile.com, or a Netherland credit card to add credit on line.

How to make calls while roaming in other countries: dial 00-(country code)-(area code and/or phone number). For example, to call a USA phone # 987-654-3210, dial 00-1-987-654-3210. To call other Lebara Netherland phone # (whether he is traveling with you or still in the Netherlands), please dial 00-31-6XXXXXXXX (ignore the 1st "0")

Internet access

1. Get Settings by text messages:Text "JA" to 1300 (for free), you will receive a text message for auto-configuration. Confirm it and you are ready to connect to the internet.
2. Go to http://www.lebara-mobile.nl/InstellingenviaSMS to enter your mobile # and you will receive a text message for auto-configuration. Confirm it and you are ready to connect to the internet.

Expiration date

180 days from the last top up date, the account will be partially suspended. You may still receiving calls, but cannot call out. on the 270th days, the account will be completed deleted.

Top up:

• Lebara top up vouchers can be purchased in wireless stores, grocery stores, supermarkets, gas stations......etc.
• You can also purchase top up voucher PINs on our website: www.aerobile.com. 
• After purchasing the PIN, dial 1244 from your cell phone, select language and "Option 2" to top up. Follow the instruction to enter your PIN code, followed by #.
• If you have a Netherland credit card, you can register on Lebara mobile-NL website with auto-top up.

Check Balance:

Dial *100# from you handset and then press SENT or OK. Your balance will appear on the screen. You can also call 1244 and select "Option 1".

Customer service:

Dial 1200 from your handset. Free of charge while connecting. Once connected, the cost is €0.35 per call . 9AM to 9PM daily.
