• If you want to activate the SIM card by yourself, or you want it to be activated after a certain days, please put a note to let us know it.
• To activate your cards, please provide us your local zip code or city and state names. Tuyo-Mobile does NOT have all area codes available for the US. If your location does NOT have an area code for Tuyo, we will use a nearby area or use a Los Angeles, CA area code to activate your SIM card
• To obtain a 4-digit security PIN code: please dial 611 from your cell phone, or call Tuyo customer service (1-877-438-8896) to request the PIN. Tuyo will then text message the PIN code to your cell phone. This security code allows you to access your account by phone, on line, or use Tuyo Mobile phone card function. You may go to Tuyo's account management website to check your balance, calling history, expiration date, and register your home phone number to bypass the password checking step when use phone card function..
