hi,
AT&T's $50/month so called "unlimited data and web browsing" is only for traditional phone with WAP service. They will NOT work on any smartphone device. (you can read more details on AT&T's official website here: http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-service/cell-phone-plans/pyg-cell-phone-plans.jsp?wtSlotClick=1-007FTV-0-2)
If you want to use a Smartphone device (iphone ,Android phone....etc), you must purchase a data package (1GB for $25, 30 days).
What we sell is the same thing as AT&T's.
We ship SIMs everyday when an order is paid. For international shipping, we ship it by post air mail. Normally it takes 1~2 weeks to arrive.
