    SIM Activation

    • Your Australian phone number is printed on the simcard. Aerobile will activate the sim and e-mail you two days prior your departure
    • Note: Please register at Lebara stores in Australia within 28 days after activation if you wish to use more than 28 days. Otherwise, the SIM will be deactivated 28 days after activated
    • When you arrive in the destination, insert the SIM into your device. Your phone should receive the signal in 3 minutes
    • Once activated, please follow the instructions below

    SIM Instructions

    • Once the simcard received local signal, you can make phone calls and receive SMS
    • Most of the phone can automatically configure the Internet settings. If not, please see Internet On Your Phone Settings. Enter your Lebara number and you will receive a text guidance
    • Voice Calls
      • To dial an Australian phone number: Dial as local people with the full AU phone number
      • To make an international call: dial 00+country code+ phone number (omit the 1st "0", if there is one)
      • Your friends and family to call you: dial 0061-your AU mobile number. This will be a standard international mobile phone call. Please refer to your local phone carrier for rate or any other calling detail
    • If you have any problem using the simcard, please contact us
      • AU Lebara customer service: Dial 12612 from Lebara phone or 1300126122 from any Australian landline
      • Aerobile customer service: +886-2-7730-3111

    Balance Checking

    • To check your balance or to topup, please text balance or bal to number 126172. You can also search it via calling 126123 and check it with the voice machine
    • Topup pincodes can be purchased from local supermarkets, post offices or AU Lebara stores. You can also purchase it on Aerobile Lebara Topup Page
    • Once obtained the pincode, please text the code to number 126172. You can check the topup result by checking the balance
    • The SIM is valid for 12 months after activation and will expire if not refilled within 12 months
