  • To dial a Canada phone number: Dial as local people with the full Canada phone number
  • To make an international call: dial 00+country code+ phone number (omit the 1st "0", if there is one)
  • Your friends and family to call you: dial 001-your Canada mobile number. This will be a standard international mobile phone call. Please refer to your local phone carrier for rate or any other calling detail

• Refill is available at local supermarkets, gas stations, post office and other stores. You can also refill via Aerobile Fido Refill Page
• If not refilled 28 days after activation, the SIM will be suspended with Internet data, voice call and SMS services. The phone number will be kept until 6 months without refill added

• Prepaid plans with unlimited data and unlimited international SMS are only restricted to "unlimited data zone". Please visit ChatR Map and search for "unlimited data zone" to confirm if your destination is included
• Please prepare a GSM 1700/2600 Mhz handset
