Question: no my mobile is used quite often a woman called me last thursday telling me she would send me a new sim card i still have credit on that old sim card if this is the way you operate then that is not good i want to keep my old sim i have credit on it just put back my phone so that i can get to use it the no is 07501677632 i do not want a new no or a new sim card for gods sake
Answer: Hi,
We're sorry to hear that you have some trouble about sending you a new SIM card. However, please be informed that:

(1) We will never call customers and tell them we will send a new SIM card. We only send customer replacement SIM card for a damaged one, and that only happens when customer reported us back it's an defect SIM card. So, please look through your cell pone calling history and see if you still have the phone # of that the women. Please call her and ask her where she call from. Again, we did NOT call you about replacing a SIM card. You may also call Nomi's customer service and see if it's from them. (Call 325 toll free from your nomi-mobile mobile phone or 0845 872 0125 from any phone, toll applies).

(2) We cannot find your phone # 07501677632 in our sales record. Do you have an order #, a customer account ID so that we can look up the order?

(3) If your Nomi SIM card still work just fine, then you can add the 15pounds credit to your account and keep using it. There is no need to replace it with a new SIM card unless it's damaged/ out of order.
