The rating is for "handling service for machine out of "Taiwan mobile" office hour". The product is good, get a five star.
Oh one more thing, the operating hour at the airport to collect the WIFI machine is from 11:00 - 20:00. This means that if you are traveling early or reaching late, you have to "trust people" that noone bothers to take away your WIFI machine. :)
還有台灣大哥大，機場服務，是早上11點到晚上8點。所以你如果在這時間以外的，那麼你就得相信人是善良的。你交回的機器不會有人拿。。你借的機器也不會有人拿。：）我還真希望能夠透過機場宅急便會放心些。打四星是因為這一點被扣一星。如果是產品本身，是5星
