在緬因州,波士頓,紐約,華盛頓,維吉尼亞州市區內訊號基本上是沒問題，只是網速與att相較之下慢了一點(文字訊息沒問題，但開網頁及傳送圖片就會比較慢一些)，在郊區及山上訊號不佳。只要有任何問題翔翼通訊人員都會馬上回覆，這點讓人十分的滿意，就算在國外遇到問題也不怕無法解決。
