We could not reach to the internet during the most of our stay in Mexico, even in the Mexico City and Mexico airport. In addition, something wrong with the charging. The device could not be successfully charged and the automatically turned off even when connected to portable power bank. The whole experience this time is disappointing, completely different from my previous trips in Peru, Europe, or US with devices hired from your company.
