Any connection failure due to bad weather or rural area is the responsibility of local service providers. AeroBile can reflect your issue to the supplier but cannot compensate the possible loss or damages.
Fair Usage Policy: To maintain Internet browsing quality, local telecom providers may bar the data or limit the speed if the user generates large volumes of traffic in a short period of time. Please note that AeroBile cannot compensate on your loss under such circumstances. Please disable the auto sync option, turn off the file-sharing software and do not download/upload large files to ensure the best Internet experience
For payments in cash, bank detail is required for us to wire the deposit back about 3-5 days after you return the device. If you pay by credit card, AeroBile will pay back the deposit via a third party. Since the transfer is made by the third party, you may need to wait the next month or the month after until the payment is done. Either way, please understand that we need to make sure all devices are good for the next customer to use which may take some time. We appreciate your patience
