Hi, "T-Mobile can receive a call from Hong Kong, and will have a phone number for Hong Kong call me? How about in USA, it can be dail out and pick up call in USA?
However, when I use T-Mobile, i need to issue one 擎天ECARD for IDD to Hong Kong, right?

→ Yes. If you puchase T-mobile Simcard. You will get a new "USA Mobile Number", it can be dail out and pick up call in USA.
