| Question: |
Hi, Jason, The order number is 31009 dated May 29, 2013. The T-Mobile # is (---) 999-4608. Please change the number for me, additionally, change it to $2/day plan.
Do please send the new number to my e-mail address.
Let's give it a week to see if this (canceling 999-4608) works, otherwise, we can talk with the new number that you're going to setup. Thank you with regards,
p.s. None of the phones mentioned in my previous note are smartphones and I do not participate in any social networks. My Chinese name is nowhere in my computers/phones, that's why I CANNOT understand how it showed up in the messages (which I gave the entirety in the note sent yesterday.) In addition, my friend has a 2G phone and couldn't do screendumps. I bought the T-Mobile SIM intending to use it with my laptop while driving in the countryside, I tried setting it up once to no avail, I gave it up and use it to make phone calls. |

hi, We already send a request to change your phone number. You will receive a text message from T-mobile to inform your new phone number. We do NOT have your new phone number.
Also, even if you are not using facebook or line, please change your google or Apple account password. Android or iPhone automatically import your contact list to the phone once you login your account. It's possible that your phone was hacked and the contact information was leak from there.
Thanks,
Jason |
