*Price example: If you rent the router for 10 days, you will need to pay daily rent*10 + deposit + setting fee + shipping fee

Q: How should I decided the start and return dates?
A: Place set the start date as your departure and return date as the day you return Taiwan. You can return the router latest the next day of your return or post it back by delivery. We will charge if there's a delay more than one day

Q: When can I receive the router?
A: AeroBile will have the router ready by 2-3 days before your start date and e-mail inform you to collect

Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: You can pay by cash or credit card

Q: When and how will the deposit be refunded?
A: If you pay by card, we will ask you to provide bank detail and wire the deposit to you about 3-5 days after you return the router. If you pay by credit card then AeroBile will payback the deposit via a third party. Since the transfer is made by the third party, you may need to wait the next month or the month after until the payment is done. Either way, please understand that wee need to make sure all routers are in good conditions for the next customer to use. It may take some time to check the router and we appreciate your patience

• Turn on the router when you arrive at the destination. The router should connect to local services in 1-3 minutes. After the light signal turns green, you will be able to connect the service to your mobile devices
• Search for the router wifi ID and enter the code on the package (fully matched) on your device. Once done, you can enjoy the data connection
• Although wifi connection can be shared to maximum 10 devices, we strongly recommend you to share no more than 3-5 devices to maintain the quality

• Any connection failure due to weather or rural area is the responsibility of local service provider. AeroBile will try our best to reflect your issue to the supplier but cannot compensate the possible damage
• Fair Usage Policy: To maintain internet browsing quality, local telecom providers may restrict or bar the data and speed if the user consumes generating large volumes of traffic in a short period of time. Please note that AeroBile cannot compensate on your loss under such circumstances. We recommend you to enjoy the views in the journey and not focus only on the screen. Please turn off the file-sharing software and do not download large files
