I started using this product last summer when I first travelled to US. There was a credit card problem dued to paypal which doesn't allow my credit card to purchase the reload card, the person in charge was so kind, he settled everything for me. He was a nice guy and whenever I had problem, he will settle it down within a few hours.
Very very caring and good customer service, of course AT&T works well in different US states. that's why whenever I travel to US, i will reload my AT&T account so that I can get contact with anyone I want.
