The rating is for "handling service for machine out of "Taiwan mobile" office hour". The product is good, get a five star.
Oh one more thing, the operating hour at the airport to collect the WIFI machine is from 11:00 - 20:00. This means that if you are traveling early or reaching late, you have to "trust people" that noone bothers to take away your WIFI machine. :)

效果很好。沿路5小時從機場到飯店，訊號都很棒，也都一直有電。我會推薦。在斑尾山里面效果也很好。
有一件要建議的是取件。因為是透過二航站台灣大哥大領取，結果他們是早上9點才開門。因此那裡沒人管，直接把WIFI機放在櫃臺上。就這樣相信人類。萬一被拿走，在週末也聯絡不到AEROBILE，整個出國心情會被打壞。我的建議是不是透過那裡有個快遞公司，24小時有人服務，會比較好呢？
The signal is good. I used this while on bus for 5 hours and it works all the way. The battery didn't drain up. Even though in the mountain, the signal stays strong too. Good product! Highly recommended.

10月份去沖繩~~在中南部訊號都很好! 可是到北部古宇利島某些地方的時候訊號會變弱~~ 在國際通有地下室的部分也會沒訊號~~可是整體上真的很好用很棒!!! 而且超級便宜!!!下次要使用的話還會再光顧!!!
